INTRODUCTION TO ROLE The Snack Bar Attendant must have excellent listening skills and an eagerness to provide excellent service. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONMaintain a safe, clean, and sanitized environment within the Ice Cream Shop. Greeting our guests with a friendly smile Taking detailed and accurate orders Operating the machinery in a safe and clean manner De-escalating guest complaints in a professional and friendly manner Operating cash register WHAT YOU BRING Must be 15 years of age or older 100% attendance Must be able to stand for extended periods, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to communicate with staff and guests clearly Comfortable being near people of all ages and genders WHAT IT TAKES (PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS)The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and listen. The employee must frequently lift or move items over fifty pounds.
