As One of Our Summer Camp Team Members, You Will: - Supervise and engage children in a safe, nurturing, and fun camp environment. - Plan and lead age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor experiences. - Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through play-based learning. - Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times. - Communicate positively with families and team members. - Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom and camp space. - Foster a positive atmosphere where children can learn, explore, and make lasting memories. Qualifications - Genuine passion for working with and caring for children. - Previous experience working with children in a camp, childcare, school, recreation, or educational setting preferred. - High School Diploma or GED required. - Must be reliable, energetic, and able to work collaboratively with a team. - Must meet all applicable background screening and state licensing requirements.
