The technician will assist with the maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of security cameras and access control solutions across multiple facilities. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on technical experience in low-voltage systems, security infrastructure, and a passion for customer service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide on-site support for security cameras (CCTV/IP) and access control systems. - Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of equipment. - Assist with new installations, including wiring, device setup, and system configuration. - Work with IT/security teams to address system alerts and performance issues. - Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations. - Ensure compliance with safety and security standards. **Qualifications:** - Experience with **CCTV, IP cameras, and access control systems**. - Hands-on knowledge of **Genetec Security Center** and **ExacqVision** platforms is strongly preferred. - Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, connectivity). - Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **Requirements:** - High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus). - Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in security systems, low-voltage, or IT support. - Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed. - Must pass a background check.
