The **Call Center Specialist** is responsible for managing incoming telephone calls, scheduling patient appointments, routing calls appropriately, verifying patient information, and providing outstanding customer service. This position serves as a communication hub between patients, providers, and clinical staff while promoting efficient access to healthcare services.
