**JOB TITLE:** Call Center Specialist **DEPARTMENT:** Clinic Support Services **SUMMARY OF DUTIES:** A nonexempt position responsible for answering all incoming calls and direct calls to the proper department or personnel. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** 1. Answer all calls in a friendly professional manner. 2. Determine the need of the caller and connect call to the correct person or extension. 3. Respond to emergency calls from doctors, hospitals and patients in accordance with established procedures/protocols. 4.
