We’re proud of our more than 80-year commitment to protecting the livelihoods and futures of our client/members and creating an atmosphere where our employees thrive. **What You’ll Do:** - Respond to and resolve customer service requests. - Communicate directly by phone with policyholders, and potential new customers regarding insurance matters. - Process agent appointments and/or follow-ups for all Agents and registered representatives. - Create positive business relationships between the agents, the company and with our customers. - Understand the basic information for all products offered by FBL Financial Group, Inc. **What It Takes to Join Our Team:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - *Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.* - Must have or be able to attain knowledge regarding how the insurance industry operates. - Analytical/problem solving skills required. - Basic personal computer skills Windows environment (Word, Excel) required.
