The Role… As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly. You’ll lead by example in service, support the team, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Strong barista skills are preferred and a passion for hospitality is essential. Main Duties... Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest standards of service Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages with confidence and consistency Lead, support, and inspire the team during busy service periods Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests Assist with stock management, rota, ordering, and opening/closing duties Uphold health, safety, and food hygiene standards What We Are Looking For… Previous experience as a barista Supervisory or team-leading experience in a busy café environment Positive, proactive, and hands-on approach to work Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences Benefits… Soho House offers competitive compensation packages that feature global benefits and perks.
