# **NOW HIRING** **a** **Cabinet Design Coordinator:** The Cabinet Design Coordinator is responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, including design development, product ordering, and client communication. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Cabinet Design Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing success. - Competitive Salary - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Aflac - Life/AD&D - 401(k) plan with company match - Paid time off - Paid Holidays ## **What will I do?** - Meet with customers and vendor sales representatives to review project requirements, product options, and specifications. - Produce detailed design and shop drawings to support fabrication and installation processes. - Manage projects from initiation through completion, including scheduling, coordination, and progress tracking. - Conduct on-site surveys to verify field measurements and existing conditions. - Place and track product orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy. - Prepare competitive quotes and bids in response to customer inquiries and project specifications. - Oversee project invoicing and ensure accurate billing in accordance with contract terms. - Monitor accounts receivable and follow up to collect outstanding payments. - Support daily showroom operations and perform general office administration tasks. ## **Position requirements:** - A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required. - Valid driver's license with eligibility for coverage under the company insurance policy required. - One to three years of experience using computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Outlook, is preferred. - Previous design experience and familiarity with the construction or lumber industry is preferred. - Strong knowledge of design principles, shop drawings, and fabrication/installation processes. - Understanding of construction materials, methods, and terminology, particularly within the lumber or building products industry, is preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and design-related software applications, including 2020 Design and Cabinet Vision, is preferred. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and order tracking. - Effective written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and team members. - Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, and project documentation. ### **Does this sound like the right place for you?
