Ensure systems operate efficiently, meet user needs, and support the department’s overall goals. Provide leadership to staff assigned to the unit, establish priorities, and deliver high-quality service. • Develop and mentor staff assigned to the department including establishing training plans and career paths. Provide coaching, professional development, and structured training to support staff success. Help employees identify career pathways, build competencies, and ensure they have the tools needed to perform effectively and advance within the organization. • Understand the business functions, provide guidance and assist staff in developing solutions and solving problems. Ensure that all work in the department is performed according to policy and procedure. Monitor workflows and staff performance to ensure all tasks align with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
