This hotel is an outdoor cultural hub featuring curated rooms, a happening bar restaurant, gear rentals and demos, a gallery and creative retail experience. **What’s In It for You** - Discounted hotel stays within PM Hotel/Modus/evo Hotel portfolio! - Enjoy discounts at evo retail + seasonal gear (snowboard, Ski, Bike) rentals. - Access to portion of your earned wages before payday. - Paid holidays at double pay when worked. - Tuition reimbursement opportunities – when you grow, we grow! **Your Role & Impact** - To understand and respond to all guest needs and requests in a timely and professional manner, deferring to the Food and Beverage Manager/Restaurant Manager when necessary, to ensure customer satisfaction. - Set up station in the kitchen. - To extend a courteous, friendly and professional greeting to guests as they arrive, and to thank them as they depart. - Delivering food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately - Acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff - Communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies) - Assist the wait staff in the service of food in accordance with the established standards. - Assist in table set up and cleaning.
