Call for Consultants: Business Valuations Location: Canada - remote Engagement type: Contract / consulting Work with Fuller Landau We're looking to connect with experienced valuations consultants for upcoming business valuation, litigation support, and forensic accounting engagements. If you're an independent consultant with strong technical skills and want to work on interesting files with a collaborative team, we'd like to hear from you. The Engagement Consultants engaged through this call will contribute to business valuation, litigation support, and forensic accounting files - working alongside our senior team on financial analysis, research, report preparation, and client and counsel communication. Scope of Work - Support engagement planning, including identifying key issues, methodology, and budgeting - Oversee information requests and productions - Analyze financial information and prepare financial models - Conduct industry and economic research - Communicate directly with clients and counsel - Prepare expert reports for business valuations, damage claims, or forensic accounting investigations What We're Looking For - CPA designation - CBV designation - 6-10 years of progressive business valuation and litigation experience - Proven ability to manage multiple client files - Comfortable presenting to clients' counsel and other parties, and explaining findings as needed - Track record of well-written reports and correspondence prepared for litigation purposes - Ability to provide practical solutions to complex problems About Fuller Landau We're an accounting, tax, and advisory firm with a team of over 160 people.
