We're looking for an ambitious Business Solutions Manager who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys developing long-term client relationships while recruiting top accounting and finance talent. Position Overview The Business Solutions Manager is responsible for both business development and recruiting within the accounting and finance marketplace. This is a true "full desk" opportunity where you'll develop new client relationships, expand existing accounts, recruit top accounting and finance professionals, and manage the hiring process from initial client engagement through successful placement. Unlike traditional staffing firms, you'll leverage GHJ's extensive accounting and advisory platform to become a trusted Human Capital Advisor capable of solving broader business challenges for your clients.
