Business/Product Analyst | Onsite

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to define product roadmaps and priorities. - Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog in Agile environments. - Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions. - Analyze business processes and recommend process improvements. - Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements. - Work closely with UX/UI designers to define user journeys and product enhancements. - Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, and release planning. - Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and root cause analysis. - Track product performance and recommend enhancements based on user feedback and business metrics. - Coordinate with QA teams during testing and validate delivered solutions. - Prepare business documentation, process flows, BRDs, FRDs, and functional specifications. **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role. - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Experience working with cross-functional teams in software development environments. - Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear functional requirements. **Technical Skills** - Business Analysis - Product Analysis - Requirements Gathering & Documentation - User Stories & Acceptance Criteria - Agile & Scrum - Product Backlog Management - Business Process Modeling - Gap Analysis - Root Cause Analysis - UAT Planning & Support - SQL (Basic to Intermediate) - Data Analysis & Reporting - Microsoft Excel - Visio / Lucidchart **Preferred Tools** - Jira - Confluence - Azure DevOps - Microsoft Visio - Lucidchart - SQL - Power BI / Tableau - Figma (basic understanding) - Microsoft Office Suite **Preferred Qualifications** - Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification. - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile-related certification. - Experience with SaaS, cloud-based applications, or digital transformation projects. - Knowledge of API integrations and system workflows is a plus. **Soft Skills** - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Excellent verbal and written communication - Stakeholder management and collaboration - Problem-solving and decision-making - Attention to detail - Time management and prioritization - Adaptability in fast-paced Agile environments - Customer-focused mindset **Compensation, Benefits and Duration** Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
