We’re looking for a highly motivated, hands-on, and analytically minded individual to join our team as a Business Performance Senior Manager . What You´ll Do: Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team Be the POC with the company leadership (C-Level, Founders & SVPs) Plan, design , and implement strategic initiatives to get to our Business Plan Define the reporting frameworks of our commercial teams to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and opportunities for growth Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved Provide data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership Who You Are: You are a highly business-driven, detail-oriented professional with a proactive , hands-on mindset and the ability to navigate complex challenges . You thrive in fast-paced settings and have the skills to manage multiple priorities with ease. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/STEM required 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI ) Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive-level exposure Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Why You´ll Love it Here: Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
