About the Role: We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive end-to-end operations for our Telecom Value-Added Services (VAS) business. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of telecom operations, managing operator relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving operational excellence across business initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage end-to-end business operations for Telecom VAS products and services. - Act as the primary point of contact for telecom operator partners and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across telecom operators and internal teams. - Monitor operational performance, identify issues proactively, and drive timely resolution. - Coordinate with Product, Technology, Content, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Manage operator onboarding, service launches, and ongoing operational requirements. - Track business KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide actionable insights to leadership. - Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. - Ensure adherence to SLAs, governance frameworks, and business commitments. - Support revenue growth initiatives by working closely with business and partnership teams. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. - 7+ years of overall experience with at least 3 years of relevant experience in Telecom VAS, Telecom Operations, Business Operations, or Account Management. - Proven experience in managing telecom operator relationships and business operations. - Strong understanding of Telecom Value-Added Services (CRBT, Digital Content, Subscription Services, or related telecom products). - Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced business environment.
