At LearnTastic, great design isn’t just about usability—it’s about transforming how people learn and grow. **Job Description:** - Develop and maintain relationships with end-users to achieve business goals. - Reach out to and qualify leads through outbound calling and social media. - Maintain and grow existing leads while identifying new opportunities. - Conduct customer surveys and develop effective B2B sales strategies. - Meet and exceed sales quotas through targeted sales efforts. - Prepare commercial and pricing documents for prospective clients. - Provide prompt and professional responses to all customer inquiries. - Promote company products and services to potential and existing customers. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - **3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing in a US-based firm (Mandatory).** - Proven experience with CRM software for managing customer relationships. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies. - **Remote Work – US Shift (Mandatory)** **Benefits:** - Working hours: 5am-2pm CST - 20 days of annual leave. - National holidays of your country of residence observed. - Learning and development opportunities.
