This is a field-based role for a relationship-driven sales professional who can build trust, develop new business, and grow a territory with autonomy and accountability. **THE ROLE – WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO** - Build and maintain relationships with property managers, facility managers, real estate professionals, and other referral partners. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory. - Represent Paul Davis at networking events, industry functions, and trade shows. - Partner with operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience. - Maintain regular contact with key accounts to drive retention and growth. - Track pipeline activity, territory performance, and market trends. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE** - 3+ years of outside sales or business development experience. - Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. - Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE** - Restoration, construction, or property services experience. - Existing network within insurance, property management, or commercial real estate. **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS** - Base salary: $75K–$85K plus commission. - Total compensation potential: $150K+. - Benefits package and advancement opportunities within a growing organization. **NEXT STEPS** Apply today.
