Business Development Coordinator Location: Geneva, Illinois Status: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week) Days/Hours: Monday-Friday: Five 8-Hour Shifts Salary Range (depending on experience): $59,000 - $67,000/year Summary The Business Development Coordinator brings a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Education: Required: Bachelor�s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field is required. Experience: Five (5) plus years of experience in medical and/or business sales/marketing or related experience is required. Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen. Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organization, project management, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Essential Job Functions: Execute on strategies regarding business attraction, business retention and business expansion, recognizing performance improvement opportunities and take action to implement and demonstrate self-motivating skills to complete tasks and meet deadlines. Manage internal & external relationships, including serving as a liaison between the organization and referral sources. This includes but is not limited to employers, insurers, and referring physicians. Serve as a point of contact and lead for relationship management activities for referral sources. Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns. Represent the organization at marketing, business development, and educational events. Assist the marketing team with organizational initiatives, as well as company events. Coordinate and attend events to build and maintain key relationships. Communicate strategy and results with all stakeholders (staff, physicians, executives, media, etc.). Track advertising performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics. Maintain strong relationships with community organizations and referral sources to increase brand awareness. Support planning and execution of events, sponsorships, and community outreach initiatives. All other duties as assigned.
