We are looking for a Corporate IT & Business Applications Senior Manager to be part of a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers. What your day-to-day will look like Be responsible for the internal Business Applications team, partnering with functional areas, software engineering teams, project managers and external consulting partners; Own the strategy, roadmap, operations and continuous improvement of SAP S/4HANA and other corporate business applications, ensuring availability, performance, security and business alignment; Establish governance for enterprise applications, including lifecycle management, architecture standards and governance of internally developed and AI/Vibe-coded business solutions; Lead the Corporate IT function, overseeing network infrastructure, workplace technologies, service desk, help desk, end-user support and hardware and software asset management; Drive service management excellence by managing incidents, requests, SLAs, knowledge management, automation and continuous improvement initiatives; Manage software licensing, technology budgets, maintenance costs and vendor relationships, ensuring cost efficiency and value delivery; Manage contracts and relationships with consulting firms, outsourcing providers and strategic technology partners; Lead the Technology Project Management function, defining priorities, governance, portfolio management and successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives; Build strong relationships with business leaders and other technology teams, acting as a trusted partner for digital transformation initiatives What you need to shine in this role Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation through emerging technologies, automation and AI adoption; Broad experience across core IT functions, including Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure & Cloud, IT Operations, Service Management and IT Governance; Experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams in complex enterprise environments; Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications and corporate technology platforms; Experience managing technology vendors, consulting partners and outsourcing contracts; Strong budget management and strategic planning skills; Advanced English.
