The Business Solutions Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, and translate them into technology solutions that meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ATTRIBUTES Requirements Gathering & Analysis: This role is responsible for deeply understanding business needs by eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements from stakeholders through various methods. This includes analyzing existing content management systems and digital experiences to identify gaps and opportunities, maintaining expertise in Digital Platforms, and ensuring content quality and consistency to inform effective solution design. Solution Design & Implementation Support: The Business Solution Analyst translates business requirements into technical specifications, collaborating with technical teams to design solutions and templates. They provide guidance on configuration and customization, support testing and validation efforts to ensure the implemented solution meets business needs and technical standards. Communication & Collaboration: This role acts as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, effectively communicating project status, risks, and issues. They foster collaboration throughout the development lifecycle, providing technical guidance and support, and creating comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate successful adoption and usage.
