Business Analyst (Senior, Salesforce Project)

The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and develops As-Is and To-Be descriptions. In this role, you will play a key part in Salesforce-related projects, leading requirement gathering and analysis activities, preparing and delivering communications, participating in testing, and supporting solution design for internal and external initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: Elicit and document business requirements for Salesforce projects, enhancements, and integrations. Analyze and evaluate current business processes and propose Salesforce-driven solutions. Prepare deliverables such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, process flows, and interface designs. Translate complex technical information into clear business language to bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams. Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs between usability and performance. Support the project manager, product manager, and wider team in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and execution. Participate in testing activities, including test case development, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management. OK, I’m interested… is this the job for me? Other qualities that you’ll need to be a fit for this role include: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (preferred). Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce modules). Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, configuration, workflows, and integration points. Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering solutions that meet business needs. Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant) will be an advantage. Understanding of Education background is a plus.
