Business Analyst Senior [PyME Origination - Persona Moral]

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the PyME Origination team. The team is responsible for building digital onboarding products for business customers. One of its key areas is account opening for persona moral — the Mexican legal entity classification for incorporated businesses — one of the most technically complex products in our portfolio. It combines corporate document processing, KYB verification, electronic signature with e.firma, regulatory requirements for remote onboarding, and integrations with internal systems and external data providers. The product has already been launched and is entering its next stage of growth. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding funnel for persona moral , continuously improving conversion, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will work at the intersection of product, analytics, engineering, compliance, risk, legal, and operations, combining business analysis with strong product thinking and data-driven decision making. Challenges that await you: Owning the end-to-end onboarding funnel for legal entities, from landing page to the customer's first successful transaction Identifying bottlenecks in the customer journey, analyzing drop-off points, and prioritizing initiatives to improve conversion Working directly with data using SQL and BI tools to evaluate opportunities and measure product performance Designing and running experiments to optimize onboarding flows, including A/B testing and funnel improvements Gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, process models, and integration specifications Driving complex cross-functional initiatives involving Engineering, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and external vendors Defining and monitoring operational metrics, dashboards, and SLAs for the onboarding process Supporting the development of new capabilities, including document processing, electronic signature flows, account upgrades, and additional business banking products Collaborating closely with System Analysts and Engineering teams throughout the full product development lifecycle What makes you a great fit: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager Proven experience owning and optimizing customer acquisition or onboarding funnels, with measurable business results Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with SQL, BI tools, and product metrics Practical experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments, including metric decomposition, cohorts, sample size estimation, and result interpretation Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, external vendors, and regulatory stakeholders Strong understanding of customer journeys, process optimization, and conversion improvement Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team Your bonus skills: Experience with B2B or SME banking products Experience with OCR, document processing, or ML-based document verification Familiarity with electronic signature solutions, certification providers, or regulated digital onboarding Experience launching regulated financial products from scratch Understanding of KYC, KYB, AML, or other regulated onboarding processes Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, asynchronous processes, and process modeling Experience in fintech, banking, or another highly regulated industry Our ways of working: Innovative Spirit: A commitment to creativity and groundbreaking solutions Honest Feedback: valuing open, transparent communication Supportive Team: a strong, collaborative community Celebrating Achievements: recognizing our wins together High-Tech Environment: a team full of smart and revolutionary people who date to challenge the status qu…
