About the Role: We are looking for a highly analytical and data-driven Business Analyst who can derive actionable insights to support business growth, product strategy, and operational efficiency. Requirements: ● 2–5 years of experience in Business Analytics / Data Analytics. ● Strong proficiency in SQL and Power BI is mandatory. ● Good understanding of data visualization, reporting, and dashboarding. ● Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. ● Experience working with large datasets and deriving business insights. ● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ● Prior experience in fintech, consumer internet, or digital businesses will be preferred. Preferred Skills: ● Knowledge of Excel, Python, or other analytics tools is a plus. ● Exposure to product analytics, customer lifecycle analysis, or performance marketing analytics would be an advantage.
