Business Analyst (M&C Practice)

Core Skills – Business Analyst. Good to have Leasing and Financing Domain • Experience as a Business Analyst in the Leasing and Financing domain with strong understanding of end-to-end business processes. • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional requirements, and user stories. • Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, SOPs, and business workflows. • Develop process flow diagrams, workflow models, and business use cases using industry-standard tools. • Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, reports, and project updates for leadership teams. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology teams to ensure alignment. • Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, gap analysis, and solution discussions. • Support UAT planning, test case review, defect management, and successful project delivery. • Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
