MAKE AN IMPACT Locations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience: 8+ Years Job Description – Business Analyst NS - CCT 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Must have prior experience working on digital transformation programmes in Banking Proficient in documenting requirements via user stories, epics, and features on Jira . Should be able to ask the right questions to elicit and validate business requirements effectively. Strong domain understanding in at least 1–2 of the following areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security / Authentication . Ability to challenge Product Owners and Digital Product Managers constructively, ensuring requirements align with the overall product roadmap and business outcomes . Experience working in Agile delivery environments , with cross-functional collaboration across business and IT teams. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across markets and time zones if needed.
