Job Skills / Requirements **$200 Hiring Bonus** Assistant Supervisor – Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AMPay Rate: $21.00 per hourBenefits: One week of paid time offParking: Free on-site parking Job Requirements Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation required to travel between multiple job sites. Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with general cleaning staff. Ability to read and understand English, including laboratory safety signage. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email, to complete inspection reports and other documentation. Previous supervisory experience is preferred but not required. Must be available for on-call assignments. Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure customer contracts and Programmed Cleaning standards are consistently met. Ensure assigned buildings are cleaned and maintained to the highest quality standards. Assist with training new and existing cleaning staff on company policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Coordinate work with day porters and other vendors. Assign daily tasks based on operational needs and special projects. Order, distribute, and monitor cleaning supplies. Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company and customer standards. Maintain daily employee work schedules efficiently. Perform general cleaning duties as needed to ensure all work is completed. Maintain security and control of building keys in accordance with company procedures. Lead by example through professional appearance and behavior while ensuring employees follow company grooming and conduct standards. Evaluate employee performance, provide coaching and on-the-job training, and initiate disciplinary action when appropriate. Promote a safe, productive, and disciplined work environment by enforcing company policies and procedures. Report incidents, safety concerns, and policy violations to the District Manager and Human Resources. Address and resolve customer concerns the same day whenever possible and keep management informed of any ongoing issues. Conduct employee safety meetings as needed and ensure all safety procedures are followed. Perform other duties as assigned by management or based on customer needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Frequently bend, reach, stretch, lift, carry, push, and pull while working in a physically active environment. Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
