Building Maintenance / Engineer Technician II

## Overview Presbyterian Homes & Services - Dickson Hollow is seeking an Engineer Technician for our team in Menomonee Falls on the edge of Brookfield. The Engineer Technician is a mid-level maintenance/engineering position that is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices. SCHEDULE/HOURS: Full-time 40 hrs/week, Monday to Friday 8-4:30 (some flexibility), on call rotation 1 week per month REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Engineer Technician reports to the Environmental Services Director Willing to consider candidates with greater experience at the level above Engineer Technician as well. **ABOUT THIS COMMUNITY** Dickson Hollow is located on the corner of Pilgrim Rd. and Lisbon Rd. in Menomonee Falls, WI. Salary: $19.43 - $22.79/ hour+ based on experience ## Responsibilities Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
