Work is performed under the general direction of a superintendent or other designated supervisor. Guidance and assistance may be given to seasonal workers. *Please see attached job description for complete details.* **Education, Experience, Other Requirements** - Graduation from high school and practical knowledge of, or some experience in, building maintenance and groundskeeping work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience. - Possession of a valid North Dakota driver license. **Compensation and Benefits** - The assigned salary range for Building & Grounds Worker under the 2026 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 48, with an annual base salary range of $41,492-$61,595, which $19.95-$29.61 per hour. - This is a full time, FLSA non-exempt position eligible for overtime. - This is a fully benefitted position.
