Job Summary The Building Engineer is responsible for maintaining and repairing all common areas of the Association as defined by its governing documents. Reporting to the General Manager, this role ensures optimal performance of all building systems, coordinates with contractors, and responds to property related emergencies, including those outside of normal working hours.
