This role focuses on delivering friendly and accurate service while assisting guests with seating, payment, self-service kiosks, and To-Go orders. The Buffet Ambassador ensures smooth operations by supporting Food & Beverage standards and maintaining a clean, organized environment. If you’re passionate about providing outstanding service and making a positive impact, we invite you to apply and be part of our dedicated team! **THE STARTING RATE:** $15.00 per hour **THE DAY-TO-DAY:** - Provide courteous and professional guest service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries about menu items, promotions, or casino offerings, and resolving or escalating concerns as needed while following all steps of service. - Accurately process and/or assist guests with Point of Sales (POS) transactions, self-service kiosks, and To-Go orders (cash, credit, vouchers, player comps, promotions, etc.) while maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. - Determine the size of the party and any special needs for seating, work with the party to locate and assist guests to their seating/table.
