**MECHANIC SIGN ON BONUS** **$5,000.00** Do you have hands-on Maintenance experience in a production or manufacturing facility dealing with shafts, gearboxes, and bearings? As an **Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** with Western States, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. We are seeking a self-motivated Maintenance Mechanic with previous experience in a production environment for our Butler Plant, located minutes from Milwaukee.
