**Experienced cook looking for a more consistent schedule?** Stoltzfus Meats is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our team in a full-time, Monday–Friday position. This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant or kitchen experience who enjoys cooking but is ready for a stable schedule with **weekends and evenings off**. **Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.** No rotating shifts. No evening schedule. No weekends. As a Grill Cook, you will play an important role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly and consistently. We are looking for someone who is dependable, confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, and able to bring experience and stability to our morning team. ### What You'll Do - Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Manage the grill station and maintain an efficient workflow during service - Ensure food is prepared accurately, consistently, and on time - Operate grills and kitchen equipment safely - Maintain proper food handling and temperature controls - Keep the grill station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service - Communicate with kitchen team members to keep orders moving efficiently - Assist with food preparation and other kitchen tasks as needed - Complete opening and daily kitchen duties - Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures - Maintain consistent food quality and presentation ### What We're Looking For - Previous restaurant, grill, line cook, or professional kitchen experience - Dependable and able to consistently work a 4:00 a.m. start time - Comfortable working independently and as part of a kitchen team - Able to manage priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of food quality, consistency, and kitchen organization - Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and food safety standards - A team-oriented approach and strong work ethic ### Why You'll Like This Schedule - **Monday–Friday schedule** - **4:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.** - **Weekends off** - **Evenings off** - Consistent, full-time hours - Paid Time Off available after 60 days of employment - Full-time employee benefits If you have kitchen experience and are ready for a consistent cooking position that allows you to have your afternoons, evenings, and weekends back, we encourage you to apply. ### Equal Opportunity Employer Stoltzfus Meats is an equal opportunity employer.
