Breakfast Buffet attendant. Cooking and maintaining the breakfast buffet. Helping guests with taking payments, cleaning and ensuring the buffet is well stocked at all times. Hours are from 6AM to 11:30AM. - This is a morning shift, primarily breakfast shifts. - Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. - Ensures compliance with and completion of all daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department. - Maintains food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel, Shaner, and Franchise specifications. - Ensures communication with General Manager, all other Department Managers, Supervisors and Staff. - Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** - Minimum one year of experience in a similar position dealing with the public. - Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. - High school graduate or equivalent. - ServSafe and/or food safety training. - Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. ### About the Team Shaner has an immediate opportunity at our Holiday Inn (98 rooms) located in Jacksonville, Florida.
