THE OPPORTUNITY BranchLab is looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to help build, scale, and evolve the visual identity of the company across brand, marketing, sales, and client experience. This person will work closely with the Creative Director, UX & Brand, the VP of Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership to create high-quality visual materials that support BranchLab’s growth, market presence, and personalized client experience strategy. This role is ideal for a highly creative, collaborative, and organized designer who can move quickly, think conceptually, and execute with polish. The right person enjoys bringing new ideas to the table, exploring multiple design directions, and seeing their work make a direct impact on brand perception, marketing campaigns, sales conversations, and client engagement. The Brand & Marketing Designer will support both traditional marketing design needs and the development of BranchLab DNA, our personalized client experience system for priority accounts. This includes scalable brand guidelines, presentation systems, sales materials, event assets, motion graphics, website support, and account-specific visual storytelling. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES BRAND & IDENTITY SYSTEM · Help expand and maintain the BranchLab visual identity across marketing, sales, digital, and client-facing materials. · Support the development of scalable brand guidelines, including typography, color, imagery, iconography, layout, motion, and visual storytelling principles. · Create design systems and reusable assets that allow the company to move faster while maintaining consistency and quality. · Ensure all materials feel polished, thoughtful, differentiated, and aligned with BranchLab’s brand standards. · Bring fresh creative ideas and visual concepts that help set BranchLab apart in the market. MARKETING DESIGN · Design marketing assets across campaigns, social media, events, digital channels, and internal initiatives. · Partner with the VP of Marketing to support ongoing marketing priorities, campaign needs, and growth initiatives. · Create display ads, campaign graphics, website visuals, landing page assets, event materials, and other marketing deliverables. · Translate marketing strategy into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative. · Develop materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.
