Javvy is on a mission to set a new standard for café favorites with better-for-you beverages that are craveable, convenient, and without compromise. Positioned at the intersection of café culture, convenience, and functional nutrition, we’re reimagining the drinks people buy every day — proving you don’t have to compromise between great taste and quality ingredients. What began as a cult-favorite DTC brand has rapidly scaled into an omnichannel business, now expanding into major retail while building a loyal community around better-for-you café favorites. ## **The Opportunity:** Javvy is hiring a Brand Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. This role is a great fit for a designer with solid experience in print/packaging design — ideally within CPG food or beverage — as well as brand marketing for digital marketplaces and retail environments. You'll help bring Javvy's brand to life across touchpoints, from packaging on shelf to Amazon PDPs, working closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners. You'll support the development of label designs, retail shippers, marketplace content, mockups, and core brand assets that help drive retail presence and e-commerce growth. We're looking for a well rounded detail-oriented designer who is comfortable jumping into new visual directions and executing clean, production-ready files. Someone who is organized, collaborative, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. AI is a core part of how we work at Javvy. We use AI-powered tools throughout our creative process—from concept exploration and image generation to production workflows and asset creation—to move faster without sacrificing quality. The ideal candidate is excited to adopt new tools, experiment with emerging workflows, and use AI as a force multiplier for their creativity rather than a replacement for it. This full-time, exempt role reports to our Associate Creative Director. *A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required as part of your application. Applications submitted without a portfolio won't be considered.* ## **What You’ll Own:** **Print Marketing Materials/Retail** - Support the design and iteration of new product labels and packaging systems - Help develop packaging components including labels, cartons, inserts, shippers, and retail-ready materials - Create mockups for internal reviews, retailer presentations, and marketing use - Prepare dielines and print-ready files with guidance from senior designers and production partners **Marketplace Creative** - Support the creation of content for Amazon and other marketplace PDPs - Contribute to A+ content modules - Design bundle imagery - Support storefront asset production - Assist with design assets for additional marketplaces (Instacart, TikTok Shop, etc.) - Help translate packaging and brand storytelling into conversion-focused digital layouts **Retail & Brand Assets** - Support sales materials and retailer pitch decks - Help translate brand systems into digital, retail, and packaging applications - Support brand consistency across customer-facing touchpoints **Collaboration & Brand Support** - Help maintain Javvy's visual identity across channels - Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Retail teams - Present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders - Contribute ideas during creative brainstorms **Execution & Growth** - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Stay current on trends in design, CPG packaging, e-commerce, and retail content - Explore new tools and workflows (including AI-assisted design tools) to improve speed and output ## **You’re a Fit If…** - 2–4 years of experience in graphic or brand design - A portfolio showcasing - Packaging or label design - Amazon or marketplace PDP work - CPG experience preferred (food or beverage a plus) - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma - Exposure to print-ready packaging file…
