You’ll be part of Illumio’s Creative team—a small, highly collaborative group that takes pride in delivering high-quality work across brand, campaigns, and digital experiences. We partner closely with teams across Marketing, Product, and Web to bring ideas to life and ensure a consistent, thoughtful brand presence. You’ll contribute to a wide range of brand and marketing initiatives—supporting campaigns, web, social, and internal efforts—while developing your skills across concepting, execution, and production. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to build a strong foundation in brand and visual design. YOUR IMPACT: · Support the design and production of creative assets across campaigns, digital, web, and social · Help maintain and apply Illumio’s brand system across various touchpoints · Contribute to presentations, marketing materials, and internal assets · Work in Figma to support web and product-related design needs · Assist with layout, image creation, iconography, and production tasks · Collaborate closely with designers, writers, and cross-functional partners · Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly to improve output and craft · Mentorship and hands-on guidance from an experienced creative team · Exposure to end-to-end creative processes across campaigns and brand initiatives · Opportunities to build a strong, diverse portfolio of real-world work · A collaborative environment that values craft, ownership, and continuous improvement · Learning a new platform and understanding the limitations within our brand guidelines YOUR TOOLKIT: · 1–3 years of experience (internship, freelance, or full-time) in design or a related field · Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator · Working knowledge of Figma and modern design workflows · Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy · A portfolio that demonstrates creative thinking and attention to detail · A willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a team environment · Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset BONUS POINTS: · Experience with Adobe InDesign · Familiarity with PowerPoint / presentation design · Exposure to web or UI design principles · Interest in brand systems, campaigns, and storytelling #LI-OM1 #LI-ONSITE Our Commitment Illumio believes that an environment of unique backgrounds, experiences, viewpoints, and individual contributions creates a culture of belonging, drives our future, and makes us stronger together in support of our customers and their success.
