The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of Account Managers to achieve branch sales objectives, drive customer retention, and expand market share. This role provides strategic direction, performance management, and day-to-day leadership while ensuring exceptional customer service and profitable growth.
