Branch Manager Exempt - 337

As a Branch Manager, you’ll maintain a hard-working, productive and effective workforce that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction. Additional responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations and procedures Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS) Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone Maintain compliance with policies and procedures Tax preparation (may vary by location) Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully Requirements: Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service related industries Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and valid proof of insurance Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)
