Branch General Warehouse Associate

USESI is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Branch General Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position will be located in our Franklin, MA location. Job Type: Full-time **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive, verify, and store incoming materials accurately. - Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery or will-call with attention to detail. - Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, wire cutters) safely and efficiently. - Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain warehouse cleanliness. - Tag and label materials, process shipping documentation, and assist with returns or discrepancies. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Support general warehouse duties and contribute to a safe, organized work environment. **Qualifications and Skills:** - High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. - Prior warehouse experience strongly preferred. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in variable warehouse conditions. - Strong attention to detail, basic math and reading skills. - Comfortable with ladders, forklifts, and handling physical tasks. - Team-oriented, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly. - Forklift experience is strongly preferred. **Benefits:**At USESI, we believe that our benefits should make a difference--to you, your job, and the life you lead outside of work.
