**In Search of:** Boys/Girls Gymnastics Instructors, Part-time (10-15 hours per week) at the **North Canton Gymnastics Center** **Hourly rate:** $11.30/hr **Qualifications:** - Experience in gymnastics or working with youth - Excellent leadership skills and communication skills - Ability to relate effectively to diverse age and ability of kids **Responsibilities include:** Seeking energetic, fun candidates who are focused on sharing and teaching the sport of gymnastics to our beginning through advanced recreational athletes. - Teach athletes 1-15 years old - Interact & communicate effectively with athletes and their parents - Follow and/or develop lesson plans in accordance with the established gymnastics curriculum - Display & promote mission & character pillars of YMCA \*\*\* Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
