This position requires a wide range of skills from practicing safe driving and delivery to top-notch customer service. - Read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with general public, understand highway traffic signs/signals, respond to inquiries and to make entries on reports/records per DOT Reg 391.11 - Complete all assigned delivery routes. Driver will deliver to local construction jobsites and is responsible for manually offloading product - Address customer questions, issues and concerns in a professional and timely fashion - Represent the company in a professional manner at all times in both actions and personal appearance - Adhere to Cascade policies and procedures - Complete all delivery and return documentation accurately and legibly - Maintain driver logs and inspections - Maintain equipment in a neat, clean and organized condition - Uphold all safety practices according to safety handbook and DOT regulations - Load and unload trucks and assist others with loading and unloading - Will spend 50% time loading/unloading and 50% of the time driving ## Qualifications - Valid Driver's license with a clean driving record - Must be DOT compliant - 1 year of previous Box Truck driving experience including winter driving experience (equivalent Military DD214 experience is acceptable) - Ability to read, write and perform simple mathematical calculations with general mental ability to handle receipts, read maps, read road signs, maintain logs, etc. - Ability to follow instructions and take directions via on-board computer system and by phone - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist with or without assistance - Ability to communicate well both verbally and written - Must be able to work independently - Ability to work effectively with people in a fast-paced environment ## Additional Information **Site Address: 10507 E Montgomery Dr Spokane Valley, WA 99206** The US pay for this full-time position is $25.00 per hour + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO.
