To learn more, visit: http://www.bostonuniqueindoorcomfort.com **What You’ll Do** - Diagnose, service, and repair **residential HVAC systems** - Handle **service calls, maintenance, and warranty work** - Work on furnaces, gas boilers, zone systems, and A/C equipment - Communicate clearly with homeowners about system issues and solutions - Recommend repairs or improvements when appropriate—**not sales-driven** **What you need to succeed:** - Min 3 years Residential HVAC experience - **EPA Universal Certification** - A valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of US driving experience is required for this role - Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills - Customer-focused mindset with solid communication skills - Ability to work independently while being part of a team - High school diploma or GED ***This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.*** **Why should you join our team?** We live our values - W.E.L.I.G.H.…
