This position is expected to cooperate as a team member with Mission Prep Healthcare management and clinical staff. The Community Coordinator has knowledge, skills, and experience with supervising client services and all related tasks to provide a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for clients, and is familiar with concepts of wellness for adolescents. If you have a strong work ethic and a passion for mental health, you’ll thrive in this role. #### **Minimum Requirements:** - **Education:** High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor's preferred. - **Background Check:** Must pass ADP Selective Screening Services and other Federal/State background checks. - **Valid Driver’s License:** Possess valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years. - **Physical Requirements:** Ability to work on a computer, walk/stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lbs., and navigate stairs #### **Key Skills & Abilities:** - Strong communication skills with families, clients, and staff - Ability to remain professional, empathetic, and patient under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Suite - Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology (preferred but not required) * * * ### **Your Role & Responsibilities** As a **Mental Health Technician (Community Coordinator)**, you’ll be a vital part of the treatment process, ensuring that clients receive the care, guidance, and support they need.
