Come and join us!** ## Job Description We are seeking an experienced **Collision Center Estimator** to join our high-performing body shop team. This role is responsible for inspecting vehicle damage, writing accurate repair estimates, and guiding customers through the repair process while delivering a premium service experience. Responsibilities - Inspect damaged vehicles and write accurate repair estimates - Work with insurance companies to secure approvals and supplements - Communicate repair timelines and updates with customers - Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure efficient repairs - Maintain proper documentation and follow repair procedures - Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair process ## Qualifications - At least 2+ years of collision estimating experience preferred. - Experience with estimating systems. - Strong knowledge of collision repair and insurance processes. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - I-CAR certification a plus. - Previous experience in working the Sales Manager desk.
