If you're passionate about helping others and want to grow professionally in a supportive, best-practice environment, we want you on our team. **Why Choose Us:** - **Person-Centered Care:** We create custom rehabilitation plans tailored to each resident's unique goals and needs - **Skilled, Compassionate Team:** Our staff are highly trained and dedicated to delivering high-quality, meaningful care - **Innovative, Supportive Environment:** We use best practices and technology in a safe, collaborative setting to help residents thrive **Your Role:** The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides oversight of behavioral therapy services across the organization and collaborates with the management team to develop new programs and enhance existing services. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Conduct behavioral assessments for persons served residing within the program - Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive behavior support plans - Provide training and guidance to management and direct care staff regarding implementation and documentation of behavior support plans - Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and provide behavioral services representation and recommendations - Monitor progress toward behavior support goals and complete required progress reports for the billing department - Attend appointments as needed and communicate relevant updates with the interdisciplinary care team - Provide after-hours on-call support for persons served experiencing behavioral concerns, as needed - Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards - Perform other duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field required - Current Board Certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the State of Michigan required - Two to five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or catastrophic injuries, including traumatic brain injury (TBI), preferred - Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks independently. - Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment - Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications *Join our team and make a real difference!
