If so, we’d love to meet you. **Be Part of Something Bigger!!** At our Adult Foster Care homes, you won’t just create behavior plans—you’ll help individuals live more independently, safely, and with dignity. **\*\* Hybrid schedule - work Monday and Friday from home!! \*\*\*\* $10,000 sign-on bonus - $5,000 after 90 days and the remaining $5,000 after 6 months \*\*** **What You’ll Do:** - Conduct functional behavior assessments within AFC homes - Develop and oversee individualized behavior support plans tailored to adult populations - Train and coach direct care staff on behavior strategies, de-escalation, and best practices - Ensure compliance with state regulations and person-centered planning standards - Collaborate with home managers, families, and interdisciplinary teams - Monitor outcomes and adjust programming to support long-term success **What We’re Looking For:** - Active, State of Michigan **BCBA certification** - Experience with adults with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, or dual diagnoses preferred - Knowledge of AFC/Group Home regulations (or willingness to learn) - Strong leadership, training, and communication skills - A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
