If you are a BCBA looking to collaborate with other highly-skilled team members in an environment that promotes continuous development, clinical excellence and compassionate care, we’d love to hear from you! **As a Center-based Clinical Supervisor you will:** -Conduct skills and behavior assessments to deeply understand your clients -Develop comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions -Manage a caseload of no more than 6-8 clients - Supervise, support and nurture RBT’s and BCBA fieldwork candidates to deliver the highest standards of care - Review session notes and data taken by the client's team in order to monitor progress and ensure fidelity of treatment implementation. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes -Empower parents and caregivers through parent training to be partners in their child’s goals and achievements. -Meet or exceed weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours **Wellness and Development Supports Propel offers:** -Tenure-based paid time off program: 10 days in year 1, 15 days in year 2, 20 days in year 3 -10 paid company holidays, 1 floating holiday - Individualized health insurance plan provided by Propel -Advancement opportunities with a strong emphasis on career growth and internal promotions. -$500 per year CEU budget and one paid professional development day -Mentorship by clinical leadership and leading experts in the field -401K **Bonus Structure:** -Once BCBA meets billable expectations per pay period they are eligible for an additional productivity bonus and one work from home day in the next pay period. -Unlimited referral bonuses of $350 for RBT’s and $2000 for BCBA’s **You will need:** -Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or a related field -Valid BCBA Certification -Applicable license to practice within Georgia -1+ years of experience as a BCBA -Strong leadership skills -Strong oral and written communication skills **About Propel Autism:** Our mission is to transform the lives of children with Autism and their families by providing consistent, high-quality care, coordinated with other healthcare providers and backed by the latest research, data and technology.
