You'll lead a team of **behavior technicians (BTs)** **and Assistant Supervisors**, empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. **What you’ll love about this role:** - **Achievable Targets:** You’ll average **26 billable hours per week**, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. - **Uncapped Bonus Potential:** You’ll have an opportunity to earn more by increasing your billable hours, but it's entirely up to you—work at a pace that suits your lifestyle. - **Growth and Advancement Opportunities:** You'll have the chance to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact along the way.
