This is a 10-month position. Individuals who are eligible or possess Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification are encouraged to apply. QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must meet State of Delaware certification requirements for Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Student observations Data collection Supporting the MTSS process Development of informal behavior plans Development of FBA's and BSP's Fidelity checks Staff coaching and development Other duties as assignment by the Inclusive Education Department Out of State Candidates: An educator applying for a license in the State of DE with less than 1 year of experience will be placed on an Initial License. Applicants with one completed year of experience, but less than 4 years of experience will receive an Initial License. The State of Delaware DOE may recognize standard certificates from all other states as a means of eligibility. SALARY: In accordance with the State of Delaware and local salary schedules, based on experience and degree. Benefits package included.
