Responsibilities include: Conduct functional behavior assessments and comprehensive clinical evaluations Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Analyze treatment data and modify programming based on client progress Supervise, mentor, and provide ongoing training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide caregiver training to promote treatment success across environments Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and required clinical documentation Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, AFLS, ABLLS-R, PEAK, and other standardized assessments Collaborate closely with families, clinical leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional client outcomes Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and company policies Qualifications Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credential (or ability to obtain) Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Experience developing and supervising ABA treatment programs Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Passion for improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA services Ability to travel locally between client locations and/or clinic sites as needed Join Bright Achievements At Bright Achievements, you're more than a clinician—you are an essential member of a team dedicated to helping children reach their fullest potential.
